Coursework for Cornell University, User Experience Design Certificate Program. Project focussed on creating a positive user experience to purchase a Wisconsin State Trail Pass online for bicycle enthusiasts and meeting a need that did not currently exist for a digital, online, contact-less payment option.
Learned about human-centered design theory. Conducted User Research interviews and created User Personas and Storyboards. Concepted UX Design solutions using low, mid and high-fidelity prototypes using paper sketches, Balsamiq and Figma. The Usability Test feedback from the high-fidelity prototype offered valuable insights and recommended adjustments to improve UX Design. A work in progress.
